Incidentally, I also agree with Larry's Dutoit/OSM Holst "The Planets" recommendation.  

 

Similarly, Martinon's Debussy on EMI/Warner Classics is nonpareil, IMO.

  

 

And, like I said earlier, I prefer Munch for Berlioz. (Colin Davis is fabulous too -- and others as well. But Munch is "home base," where I always return.)

Just my perspective, of course! There are MANY, MANY wonderful recordings of these three French giants.

 

 I heard Martinton's Debussy before and Colin's Fantastique and Requiem. I going to listen to Martinton's .

Not what i expected. I guess Dutoit is giving the music of Roussel some air but still, that begin. Much power, never heard Dutoit giving that sort of energy.
