Fun record, as is the next one. I was working for Delmark when we bought the Transition tapes. I remember taking the tape reels to Bob Koester's apartment (one block away) to play them on Bob's Crown recorder. They were beautifully recorded for the time. Sound of Joy is dandy too.

Thanks. It so happens that Sound of Joy is now playing, and both are delightful. I just purchased the discs from Stefan W. on this forum. In the process of discovering Ra (was always put off by the huge volume and variety of recordings), and greatly enjoy what I've heard so far.
