jeffcrom Posted February 27, 2019 Report Posted February 27, 2019 Bloodstains of the Wall: Country Blues from Specialty. Raw music from mostly obscure artists, although Big Joe Williams has two cuts. The title track by Frank "Honeyboy" Patt is as horrifying as you would imagine from the title. Quote

Justin V Posted February 27, 2019 Report Posted February 27, 2019 Vijay Iyer - Break Stuff: Another $1 library find. I need to listen to Mutations, which I bought at the library a few months ago and only ripped. Quote
JSngry Posted February 27, 2019 Author Report Posted February 27, 2019 If this is elevator music, put me on that elevator for a few rides! Pretty stealth personnel on here too. Never know who you're going to meet in them elevators... Quote
Morganized Posted February 27, 2019 Report Posted February 27, 2019 Thanks Larry... Listened while I read the interview with Chuck. Quote
Shrdlu Posted February 27, 2019 Report Posted February 27, 2019 More "elevator music": All the Red Garland Trio, Ahmad Jamal and Three Sounds recordings. You never hear that in real elevators, of course. If only. Quote
kh1958 Posted February 27, 2019 Report Posted February 27, 2019 Actually, none of the elevators that I ride on have music. Does music in elevators exist anymore? Quote
