Some fun, some tedium. Today I didn't get to do any listening and then all of a sudden my wife said "I want to hear some Nat King Cole." Well my favorite Cole is the trio stuff but I know she doesn't like that, so I put on this "Pure Audio" Blu-ray Audio and she's digging it--big band stuff with that big baritone voice. . . . Gheorghe Posted November 30, 2019 Report Posted November 30, 2019 Fantastic Ornette Coleman, after decades again with the Original Quartet and the great Prime Tune. Some tunes are played as by the quartet as by Prime Time, which is particularly interesting. Quote
