catesta Posted April 14, 2007 Report Posted April 14, 2007 Gotta have red, it's the real deal. I don't drink white anymore with the exception of the occasional Pinot Grigio. Quote

catesta Posted May 15, 2007 Report Posted May 15, 2007 (edited) Orecchiette, rapini, garlic, olive oil and a little pancetta. Damn, you eat well. Are you the cook, or a blessed recipient? I cook 98% of the time. The trade off is I don't have to do clean anything up. The downside is that I often cook too much and probably more pasta dishes than I should. I've been trying to mix in more fish and chicken. Edited May 15, 2007 by catesta Quote

Kalo Posted May 23, 2007 Report Posted May 23, 2007 Orecchiette, rapini, garlic, olive oil and a little pancetta. Sounds like something I'd make. I resort to the pasta option a little too frequently myself. But tonight I'm firing up the grill for the first time this year for some lamb shoulder chops rubbed with olive oil, garlic, and rosemary, to go with a nice bottle of Tuscan wine. Quote

MoGrubb Posted May 27, 2007 Report Posted May 27, 2007 I'm going to try my hand at Philly(ie?) cheese steak today. I hope you're supposed to use provolone because that's what I got. The meat package stated to use "swiss," but that seems unnatural. Quote
LAL Posted May 28, 2007 Report Posted May 28, 2007 Lamb and Aussie lentil stew. Lots of spices with a little bit of chillies. Quote
