    Y thank you!
  8. Overrated is something that is getting more recognition than it deserves right? Well, for jazz fans, this album does get the recognition it deserves. As for the general audience, I'd be suprised if any of them knew what ALS was.

I got this friend, who talks and talks and never makes any sense. He's telling me that Ginger Baker got banned from the US. Any information on that?
  12. I see his point, it's nothing new, but I think they only used the 21st century part to mean that the musicians were of and playing in the 21st century. I don't know if John talked it out with the other fellas, but that seems the logical thing to do. Don't really see the harm. Yet I ain't the one missing out on a couple million bucks, am I...?
  13. Nah, just average people you meet everyday. The real people with brilliant minds and love and knowledge for music have taste.
  14. Ameoba on Sunset Blvd. is awesome! You want lp's? They got it! cd's? They got it! tapes? they got it? new? they got it! used? they got it! vhs concert performaces? they got it! Posters? 15. I suppose I wasn't paying attention to him. More the over all groove, and the other musicians.
  16. Was Ramsey Lewis hosting it?

    Javon Jackson

I caught a show of him on either Sound and Style or Impressions from BET, not knowing who he was. There was an organist, guitarist, and drummer, and of course him on the tenor. They played a funk tune, and it was groovin, then they swung some more. I looked him up and saw his albums at Borders. I guess I like him. Haven't bought any albums though. Any fans?
  18. I got Kind Of Blue years back. As for giant steps, I dont have one. Reason being, I usually get it from the library, and I get it a lot, I still know that album backwards and out.
  19. Oh boy. -_-
  20. I meant, the way he writes it on paper. He doesn't use standard sheet paper. Rather interesting. Looks like a big mess.
  21. You see the way this man writes music? (on paper)
