  10. Yeah, that's kind of my outlook as well (assuming we go first, right?), although I'd like to think (hope) that I could trim it down some before I leave the building.
  11. I couldn't live without music, but I could certainly live without my collection. There are a number of good radio stations nearby, and there's even a decent variety of music (including jazz) on our cable system. Then there's the library, streaming audio on the web... and my guitars, which don't get played enough. Hmm... But really, the idea of selling my collection for a loss of... what... 50 or 60 cents on the dollar... no way. The Mosaics are probably the only things I wouldn't lose large chunks of money on. That and some of my better LP's... but I'm too sentimental to part with those either.

  18. My only brush with greatness car-wise was that when I started dating my wife back in the 70's, she had a '67 Camaro Rally Sport (medium blue with a white top). She still regrets trading that baby in. This is a '68, but it's pretty close to the same design.

  20. Warrior fans get to experience that in every game. It's driving me nuts... they can dominate teams (including some of the best teams) for 3 quarters, and then suddenly they seem to forget how to play basketball (literally). There have been several games that they've practically "won" after 3 quarters, and then they just completely collapse. Part of it, IMO, is Baron's tendency to stop driving and dishing, and everything goes into one-on-one mode. Their whole flow changes, and nobody can find a rhythm (or hit a goddamn shot). Last night, it happened in the third quarter instead of the fourth. They scored 9 (nine) points in the third, while Seattle was putting up 29, and although they outplayed the Sonics in the fourth, they couldn't climb out of the hole. JRich wasn't playing (bad back), but it wouldn't have made any difference, because the same mental/physical slump was occuring when he was healthy. I still think this team has potential, but they have to break out of this "twilight zone" pattern.

  24. Which is a little different from "A Diti For A City"... that's all I'm sayin'.
  25. Whaddya mean, "yes"? Your original thread title said "Didi", not "Ditty". Or was it "Diti"?... Whatever.
