Faulty arguments I think on many fronts. Sorry, the shoe falls on Penn State. Many of the players would play elswewhere....those that don't I do not care. The Montana case is precisely why actions be taken now while the iron's hot and attention is focused. Future possible cases do not matter. I was responding to your comments about those who say it hurts current players. I was just saying how would it be any different than with USC or Ohio St. The NCAA has bylaws and none of them cover anything like this. They even have rules about transfers if a team does get penalized. They just can't invent rules and expect it to stand in court is what I am saying. They should have rules for things like this, but they're more interested in texting and sandwiches than the criminal actions of players, coaches, etc....

1. It's always other players years later when the NCAA punishes a team. The latest example is USC and Ohio St. 2. Having said that. The NCAA has 10,000 rules on things like texting and a free sandwich but not anything covering anything like this. Keep in mind, the actual report makes the protector and enabler of a pedophile (and someone who would be facing multiple criminal charges if he were still alive....if prosecutors had had access to what Freeh did.) look much worse than the news conference....and the News Conference made it very clear he knew everything starting with 1998, was involved in the cover-up from the beginning....and even instigated the it after the 2001 incident. Freeh even makes it very clear in the news conference that the Protector & Enabler of a pedophile was rightfully fired.

"Saint" Paterno might have been the one to convince them to not report it....after they had finally decided to report it 16-days after "Saint" Paterno was first informed. At the bare minimim....he knew they had not done a thing up to 17-days after he was first told. His response was to not do anything....well except possibly convince them to not report it at all. Once he knew 17-days had gone by and they didn't do anything and he didn't care....for both of those alone he deserves to be in hell if there is a hell.

I think it's more the price for something that big than if there are 300 fans. While I am all in. I would save your money for more important things in life. I get the feeling they will eventually reissue most of them as individual releases. Look what happened with the Cecil Taylor FMP box.

Somewhat amazing that I was able get everyone including the site's owner to say one way or another the same thing.
