And Rooster, if you want to see active connections in windoze goto the command prompt and type netstat /n make sure no keyloggers or spybots are trying to open ports or listen to internet traffic. Write those ips down from netstat (or clipboard them) and then check them out at www.dnsstuff.com and make sure they're legit.

B3-er, from what I know of sql Im very sure that this whole mess is server side and nothing to do with the invision system. I guess we could set up a new linux server in my basement for organissimo...then we could all play on my not-quite-T1-cable connection. You think this board is slow now! :rsmile:

We have a nice server and a nice administrator who fixes our problems reletively quickly. These kind of issues don't happen often enough for us to consider moving the board. At least b3-er and I haven't discussed that.

uh a Doom thread on Organissimo..has the world gone insane????? heh, I played the whole alpha version which was leaked a few years ago. The game was impressive even in its unfinished, unrefined state, I can only imagine what improvements have been made to it now. This year at e3 id software showed some footage from the xbox version of the game and even that looked really good. Chances are the pc version is going to be amazing. I just hope it can hold a candle to the frantic action of the originals, of which I am a huge fan. You'll need a beefy computer to run the game in its full potential, though. $_$
