  3. Correct me if I'm wrong, but uh.... isn't that how records get warped in the first place??? Not always. In the wake of the first oil crisis, LPs were made of such thin vinyl that the cellophane wrap was capable of inducing a slight bend to the record. I remember my original copy of Boogaloo Joe Jones' "Snake rhythm rock" was like that. MG

  10. I have quite mixed feelings about this album. It's a tremendously exciting jam. To have been there would have been cathartic! But on album, it seems a bit of a mess, or maybe it's just hard for me to concentrate on it. So I never think of it as either of the leaders' best work, or even most representative work. MG
