    In The Mood For Love is a great Hong Kong movie. I was very impressed. Slow ponderous story of unrequited love, with brilliant acting, direction music and cinematography.

    Kiss Me Deadly Mildred Pearce Leave Her To Heaven Where The Sidewalk Ends The Killers and the best colour noir - Chinatown honourary mention to The Limey.

    There are three available on Fresh Sound /RCA-BMG Phineas ' Rainbow Fabulous Phineas Jamaica The first two are especially good. As already mentioned, these three Contempory titles are great - The Great Jazz Piano Of PN Harlem Blues A World Of Piano !

    The Tollivers and Stanley Cowells are very good. Other goodies are Ted Curson ' Tears For Dolphy' and Brew Moore ' Svingtet 14'.

    The Bill Barron line up looks great but I didn't like it at all. It doesn't hold up and is far weaker than any of his other records.in my opinion. Go for the Savoys instead.

    Does the dvd have any added attractions ? Agree this film has withstood the test of time, as, of course , has ' Body Snatchers'.
