I'm just an average man with an average life I work from nine to five, hey, hell, I pay the price All I want is to be left alone in my average home But why do I always feel like I'm in the twilight zone I always feel like somebody's watching me Who's playing tricks on me I always feel like somebody's watching me When I come home at night I bolt the door real tight People call me on the phone, I'm trying to avoid But can the people on TV see me or am I just paranoid When I'm in the shower I'm afraid to wash my hair Cause I might open my eyes and find someone standing there People say I'm crazy, just a little touched But maybe showers remind me of Psycho too much That's why... I always feel like somebody's watching me Who's playing tricks on me I always feel like somebody's watching me Tell me it can't be (instrumental) I don't know anymore Are the neighbors watching me Well is the mailman watching me And I don't feel safe anymore, oh what a mess I wonder who's watching me now--- (BOOO!) -The IRS? I always feel like somebody's watching me Who's playing tricks on me I always feel like somebody's watching me I can't enjoy my tea!

Rooster, sorry to hear of your troubles! It seems these bastards are getting more clever than ever...I had a virus called Downloader JU that McAfee couldn't quarantine or delete...kept popping up sometimes denying me to open up my cd player! So, I tried system restore (I have Windows XP) and it didn't work...scanned my computer for viruses..none found! I update McAfee several times a week. Ran Spybot, Ad-Aware...didn't seem to help...so did a google search and read that system restore is where this little bastard hides so you have to disable system restore, then run the anti-virus software...it still didn't find a virus, but I don't have that damn virus pop-up every 10 minutes....

Has this been mentioned anywhere? I was really shocked to see they were including boxed sets, even special orders!(At least that is what I was told at my local store) Yeah, their prices are pretty steep to start, but this can really pay off if you buy 2 sets!(Cheapest one free of course) And you can use your discount card, and box sets are 10% off.... Thru the rest of June....

Hoffman says slur can be "term of endearment" 9news reporter Adam Schrager (9NEWS Legislative Reporter) Created: 6/15/2004 7:16 AM MDT - Updated: 6/15/2004 11:23 AM MDT 9News Reporter Adam Schrager reports on the controversial testimony by University of Colorado President Elizabeth Hoffman. 9News at 10 p.m. June 14, 2004 In a sworn statement to be made public Tuesday, University of Colorado President Elizabeth Hoffman said a four-letter word used toward women can sometimes be used as a "term of endearment." The comment comes from Hoffman's latest sworn testimony in connection with a federal lawsuit against the university. The suit was filed by women who say they were sexually assaulted by CU football players and recruits. A lawyer for one of the women asked Hoffman about former CU kicker Katie Hnida being called the "c- word" by a teammate. That player was later disciplined by coach Gary Barnett for making the remark. In the deposition, Hoffman was asked whether the "c-word" is "filthy and vile." She said she knows the word is a swear word, but "It is all in the context of what--of how it is used and when it is used." She was asked, "Can you indicate any polite context in which that word would be used?" Hoffman answered, "Yes, I've actually heard it used as a term of endearment." A CU spokeswoman said President Hoffman is aware of the negative connotations associated with the word. But, the spokesperson said, because Hoffman is a medieval scholar, she is aware of the long history of the word. She said it was not always a negative term. Additionally, some CU critics are scheduled to meet with Gov. Bill Owens Tuesday, to talk about how the university is handling the football recruiting scandal. http://www.9news.com/acm_news.aspx?OSGNAME...47-c589c01ca7bf

Any suggestions for the self-employed/insured...
BERIGAN replied to BERIGAN's topic in Miscellaneous - Non-Political
Yeah thanks, I was on workers comp before a settlement a few years back....I just assumed that the state Insurance thru Blue Cross would have been better than it was...I was "protected" against my back needing more surgery, but hindsight being 20/20 I should have saved my money...in fact, I did go a few months without insurance, decided since the window was still open for this catastrophic insurance and I had to pay for the months that I did NOT have insurance, and it was legal for them to do that! -
besides getting a job with a big corporation? Long story short(er) I messed my back up at Borders books in 1999, was on COBRA for 2 years(Damn expensive! ) and when it was about to run out, I was told that the state of Georgia had a program for people after COBRA ran out that allowed you to be fully covered(See, no one wants to cover a spine after surgery ) Fine, I say. Well, it turns out to be nothing but a fancy version of catastrophic insurance, my deductible is $2500! And Blue Cross/Blue Shield has the guts to only apply $40 of an $80 doctor's visit towards the deductible! Well, I was paying them 127 a month for nothing, and they decided that was still too light a price to pay for never paying a nickel towards any medical bill. Now it is 172 a month, which is just too damn much...So, I know that there are some self-employed folk on this board that must have there own insurance(Or does everyone in the same boat have insurance thru a spouse?) I am not worried if my back is, or isn't covered at this time, just want a more reasonable deductible that I can dream of meeting without losing a limb! Can anyone help??? Thanks!

Armed man in bulldozer plows through Granby -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- By THE ASSOCIATED PRESS June 4, 2004 GRANBY - A muffler shop owner reportedly angry at local government over a zoning dispute tore through town Friday in an armored bulldozer, smashing buildings and firing shots as police tried to stop the slow-motion rampage. Authorities were trying to blast their way into the steel-plated cab of the machine with explosives as of 10:30 p.m. on Friday, Grand County Emergency Management Director Jim Holihan said. At least one explosion was heard, but it was not immediately clear whether it penetrated the machine's makeshift armor. The siege left a trail of splintered structures in this mountain tourist town, but there were no reports of injuries. "Gunfire was just ringing out everywhere," said Sandra Tucker, who saw the bulldozer begin the rampage from her office on Main Street. "It sounded to me like an automatic rifle, firing about every second." By late afternoon, the bulldozer had come to a stop stuck in the rubble of a metal warehouse. Officers clambered on top, apparently trying to talk to the man, identified by the town manager as Marvin Heemeyer. Heemeyer was angry after losing a zoning dispute over land near his muffler shop, town manager Tom Hale said. He also had been fined $2,500 in a separate case for not having a septic tank and other city code violations at his business, Hale said. When he paid the fine, he enclosed a note with his check saying "Cowards," Hale said. "We felt he was venting his frustration that he didn't get his way," Hale said of the note. "We didn't think he was going to do something like this." Gov. Bill Owens traveled to Granby Friday night to assess the damage. The cab of the yellow bulldozer was protected with black metal plates apparently welded on over a period of weeks in his muffler shop. "It looked like a futuristic tank," said Rod Moore, speaking by phone from his auto garage and towing company. He said the bulldozer rumbled past within 15 feet of his shop, with an officer perched on top, firing shots into the top. At one point, he said the officer dropped some kind of explosive down the exhaust pipe. "He just kept shooting," Moore said. "The dozer was still going ... it didn't do a thing." Authorities with the Grand County sheriff's office and town police did not return calls seeking comment. The State Patrol said all roads in and out of the town 50 miles west of Denver were closed. County manager Lurline Curran said at least some of the wrecked buildings belonged to people involved in one or both of the disputes. "He evidently proceeded in destroying the properties of people involved with that," Curran said. She said she had heard the man spent two months fortifying the bulldozer in his shop. Ian Daugherty, a bakery owner, said the driver was upset a concrete plant had been built too close to his business. The driver, Daugherty added, "went out of his way" not to harm anyone. State Patrol Maj. Jim Wolfinbarger said officers told him the driver had aimed his weapon at propane tanks. The bulldozer also knocked out natural gas service to City Hall and a cement plant, damaging a truck and part of a utility service center, Xcel Energy spokesman Mark Stutz said. Granby is a town of about 2,200 at nearly 8,000 feet. It is near the Winter Park ski resort and not far from the edge of Rocky Mountain National Park. The scene was reminiscent of a 1998 rampage in Alma, another town in the Colorado Rockies. Authorities said Tom Leask shot a man to death, then used a town-owned front-end loader to heavily damage the post office, fire department, water department and town hall.

Have you seen the new Louisiana state quarter????
BERIGAN replied to BERIGAN's topic in Miscellaneous - Non-Political
No, did he do it first?? I just got it in an email..... It LOOKS like one of the one's he would do. Don't know if that particular one is his or not. I wish they would actually put it out. It would make me a collector again. And just think how rare quarters would be that still had the nipples on them! ! -
And no doubt if he wants to play next year, he will have to sign a minor league contract, and win a job again...amazing what he is doing at 46! And after acting like they were doing him a big damn favor letting him play for them in spring training(We need a young team here in Tampa Bay!) a complete lack of offense made them think a guy who is now just 8 short of 500 homers might not be such a bad idea after all....even if he is 40!

I check both sites as well...I like both, a few more names perhaps at IMDB, but like you said, longer, better reviews at All Movie...and yeah, I don't know that I have even caught one mistake at All movie(At least that I can remember) very different than All Music!
