JoeHen plays magnificently here, and he's supported by a dream rhythm section in Larry Willis, Dave Holland, and Jack DeJohnette.

I just snagged a NEW copy of Kenny Werner's 2017 Pirouet release Animal Crackers off eBay for $6.72 (including shipping!). According to the site, there are 5 more available at that price. The seller is importscds.ca -- so I actually paid CAD $8.50. An excellent deal!

I have several of Da Fonseca's recordings, and I've enjoyed all of them. So I'm betting this one is good too.
