Billy H. is probably my favorite drummer--flat out favorite! I've never heard him play a bad record.

I am glad that I visited Paris, but I will never do so again. Had to see the Louvre and the famous sites, Chartre, Versailles, all that, but I played the role of tourist while the French people played the role of "when you going to get out of here?" Just not my kind of place. I guess I'm happier visiting Third World places and "developing" countries. It's worthwhile to go there once in your life, Al. Hopefully, you'll get more deeply involved with the place than I did...

I agree. I read the archives for some months before signing up. Seeing how differences of opinion were handled helped me get a sense of this place: Quick wits, sharp tongues, and underlying decency. A winning combination, as far as I'm concerned. Nicely stated, Indigo. Like AB, I lurked at BNBB for some time before joining up. I guess some of us do that.

Couldn't agree more. I have mixed feelings on this. Who decides what is racist or discriminating? (Well, obviously Jim and Use, but you know what I mean.) I understand the feelings, but I also fear the results... I'm with Moose 100% on this. Let's not rule with a heavy hand here...
