Doesn't DEFINITIVE or some other "import" label already do that?

Lately, the past year or 2, I've only used Cheap-cds for referrence. To check availability of CDs and general prices. Usually can find CDs cheaper elsewhere. (deepdiscountcd, amazon (used), ebay)

Somebody picked up the Duke Ellington Complete RCA (24-CD) box set with this coupon. It lists for $408

I've purchased Bear Family box sets and other import CDs with no problems.

Tower also has the Four Freshman (9) Mosaic set for 1/2 price.

Perhaps 3 (3-CDs) and a booklet = 4 pieces

I noticed it too, but why does it say 4 pieces in set? Wasn't this a 7-CD set? Unless they just counted the jewel cases (which 3 are doubles). The Complete Capitol Recordings... They have jazz RVG blue notes and some of the latest Verve digipacks re-issues. Also several box sets. You can search the jazz section. If you're buying single CDs, you might want to just enroll in BMG. Slightly cheaper, but you have to watch out for the automatic shipments. (the enrollment deal only)

I got a notice in the mail and it states that 1 free selection will be available on my new BMG account. (shipping/handling will be added - so about $3 for a CD) Too bad I don't have any obligations (CDs to buy) for the Columbia House membership. While switching to BMG, Columbia House is also 'forgiving' any 'obligations' you have. So if you still needed to buy 3 or so, you're off the hook.
