its only 5.99 big ones/reissued/sealed @ the store--- now i have many of his original KING lps and cherish them, but i do realize this one is newer and different than the kings, but can someone in the know elaborate for me? is it funky, poppy, swingy, what? what about personel? can someone who has this lp write a little bit about it for chewy?

somewhere along the lines capitols tapes have all been copied i have copies of reels from every major capitol record they put out-- like ten takes each of all their hits-- the only guy though i knew who had em was in austrailia-- i mailed him a whole spindle pak and it came back in a box like 5 months later

found it in the .99 cent bin today: this is a pretty rare w.c.j. record: ill list the tracklist if you guys aren't already familar- all the songs have techinical paragraphs as well explaining how the songs were recorded

hey jazz cats, does anyone know what kind of drumbox miles was playing on this one? you know that part somewhere inthe middle where they turn on the drum box to some fast random ass pattern? its definetly on there. this one is a favorite of chewys, regarding 'electric miles', but the one that completely takes the cake as best miles show ever has to be Belgrade 71- takes the cake by far

ive figured out why it hasnt been reissued--- that white cd set MAJOR WORKS OF JOHN COLTRANE_- never looked twice @ it-- thought it was a stupid comp....well thats were those records are--- assessnsion: is it just ornette coleman redux + trane trying to be john gilmore, or is there more to it than that? also that OM and kuli su mama stuff w/ all that chanting, it makes that a love supreme chant seem normal--

i thought this would be a perfect canidate
