well it hit us right in the kisser! no power for close to 30 hours. lots of damage from falling trees. flooding in many areas. we were pretty lucky just a bunch of downed branches. whew!

You can add also to this two PHAROAH SANDERS as a master of the technic. But I know about hundred sax players who use to master circular breathing today. I'm not sure that all do good use of it, but... ← i would love to hear sanders circular breathing! can you point me to some examples?

well i finally got to listen to torture garden. what a disappointment! it WAS torture. --and i really enjoyed naked city, so i'm bummed.

i really enjoyed great ideas of western man and will look for sultry seranade. anybody know of any other mann recordings where he played bass clarinet?

well i am surprised that nobody had any suggestions. i filed it under james carter who, IMHO, has had the most success in his career of the five "young" tenors on this 1991 recording. -_-
