i finally got to listen to my copy of snurdy which i purchased from chuck months ago. thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish with quite a few surprises along the way! this one will get repeated listenings before i move on to the next up on my "to listen to" shelf. good stuff! this does not come as a surprise because i have really enjoyed EVERY cd that i have ordered from chuck. thanks chuck!

well the internet is an amazing place!!! i knew the story won the o' henry award so i looked for a book of o'henry prize winning stories. found one for the 1948 winners for 5 bucks and took a chance (no table of contents to help me) sure 'nuff it's there !!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks to those who were helping me out!

i'm surprised this is the entire thread so far on the miles davis story!!??!! i watched it today and thought that it was very well done. no punches pulled, you got the good with the bad. recommended!
