Took a while finally made an order spent for 400 $ of fine music, went for the Ellington, Jazz Crusaders, Oliver Nelson. Among the Selects bought the Onzy Matthews, Pullen and solo Hill. Have to go to rob a few gas stations, i'll be back soon, take care.

If you're a Pullen fan..........this is a no-brainer. Ok,then, will do.

Their shipping costs were made when they only were selling big sets, they never adapted it after they started selling smaller sets. Since i mostly order big stuff, i find them reasonnable for delivery to Canada compared to a few on line stores.

Anybody can tell me if the Pullen Select is worth the buy ? Might as well make a huge order so far i picked up the Ellington, the Nelson and the Jazz Crusaders. I'll wait for the Berry. Among the Selects i picked the Hill solo and the Matthews.

Sweetheart of the Rodeo was first my exposure to the Byrds, so i'll never slag this album, anyway i like it on it's own, no matter my emotional bound towards it. As far as Parsons goes, of course the fact that he died young makes him cooler than he should be. And a little bit like Buckley, whatever new recording of him they dig up is hyped like it was the discovery of the Holy Grail, which it isn't. If you're looking a revolution or the greatest music you've heard all year you'll probably end up saying that it sucks. However he still remains an interesting artist of that era and i'm looking for to find and listen to his stuff
