I agree, RD - Cop Rock got a bum rap. I don't think the show ever would have lasted long due to the nature of its "gimmick," but it was really well done and took a whole lot of undeserved shit for trying something different. Richard Pryor's show, btw, just came out on DVD...

I think, overall, that our perceptions regarding implants are skewed due to the fake breasts that us guys actually see. That is, those way-too-large and obvious fake boobies we see (or so I'm told ) on the young women in strip clubs, tabloid ads, and R-rated "skinimax" movies. If done well - and here in L.A. there are a lot that have been "done well" - you really don't notice the fake ones that much. They don't stand out - er, uh, you know what I mean - like notoriously fake porno boobs. I think most women do know "when to stop." But it's the ones who don't who have the boobs that we actually get to see. Or so Catesta tells me...

The problem is, even if there was a "Marketplace" thread/forum, the people who should put their posts there would most likely ignore it (or not know about it) and still spam the board anywhere they saw fit...

Jeez, I had this on much of the weekend. Great stuff, though some of it's very dated. Very representative of early 70's culture, though. And some musical acts that you just don't see on network TV anymore.

I agree completely with Rainy. I admit that I do most of my "chatting" here, but I check out AAJ several times a week and the site offers many other things besides a forum. This bickering (notably, not between Jim and Mike) is petty...
