Now the wags are saying that Kapp and Mosca will stage a rematch in Las Vegas billed as The Geezers at Caesar's!!! http://www.theglobeandmail.com/sports/football/angelo-mosca-brushes-off-joe-kapp-peace-offering/article2250724/

Here's a more detailed account of the Kapp-Mosca encounter. I swear, this is going to be remembered more than the ballgame! http://www.theglobeandmail.com/sports/football/cfl-legends-mosca-kapp-fight-at-grey-cup-luncheon/article2250962/

LOL!!! You've got to read this. Joe Kapp and Angelo Mosca got into it last night. Both are 73 years old. I had Mosca's bubble gum card in 1959, and Kapp's in 1964. At a minimum, Kapp threw a punch, and Mosca proactively waved his cane! http://www.tsn.ca/cfl/story/?id=381308 PS - McMaster beat Laval last night for the Vanier Cup, 41-38 in double OT. The game was played in Vancouver. They are trying something different, and staging the game along with the Grey Cup because the Grey Cup is where all the media are. Next year both games will be in Toronto. http://www.tsn.ca/cfl/story/?id=381340

Correct, Paul! It's Kenneth Millar, aka Ross MacDonald. Is that Burt Ward, the actor who played Robin to Adam West's Batman?
-
Paul, it looks like we need another hint! In the meantime...
-
Happy Birthday 2011 Elissa!
-
Correct, Jim! It's Billy Eckstine.
-
While we're waiting for Paul to give us a hint, try this one.

Well, I've made my picks, and I won't weasel out now. But it has occurred to me that since Lulay was chosen (over Calvillo) as the quarterback for the All-Star team, the same voters aren't going to choose Calvillo over Lulay for the Most Outstanding Player Award. And the winners are!... Lulay Johnson Messam McCallum Williams Bourke http://www.tsn.ca/cfl/feature/?id=53295

Those that celebrate Thanksgiving....

Jim, my hostess told me that she cooked it at the regular temperature for an hour or so to kill the germs, and then lowered the temperature to cook it for a long time. Very, very moist. -

It's been many years since I had a meal as good as the one I enjoyed this evening! -

Greg Xenakes Grey Cup pick http://64.246.64.33/merge/tsnform.aspx?c=sportsnetwork&page=cfl/news/news.aspx?id=4452936 (I note that if Xenakes's predicted final score is correct, I would win the Grey Cup contest!)

aloc, medjuck took Winnipeg and 70, beating you by an hour. What would you like? PS - OT in the CFL is like OT in the NCAA. If it goes into OT, these high tiebreaker numbers will seem small. -

medjuck, BFrank took the Bombers and 65 this morning. Would you like the next highest number available? -

BFrank, the tiebreaker picks must be multiples of 5. -
I remember Almost Good well. We had it. It was the flip side of The Chipmunk Song. I feel that Mediocre was better, however. Mediocre was the flip side The Chipmunks' follow up, Alvin's Harmonica.

felser, I saw Condredge Holloway play for the Ottawa Rough Riders (RIP)! He alternated with another Hall of Fame quarterback, Tom Clements of Notre Dame. Neither was second string; they both were given about equal time. -

Hardbopjazz, your tiebreaker needs to be a multiple of 5. For BC, that would currently be below 35 or above 65.
