I was in Barrie yesterday. The weather is beautiful up there. If you need any tips of nice spots, let me know. I lived in Midland (30 mins north of Barrie) for 20 years.

What's everyone's impressions on this disc? Does it incorporate the entire "Congo Lament" LP? I just received the TOCJ as a gift, and boy that's a heavyweight line-up!!!! I can't wait to hear it.

Disc is stone mint, but booklet has suffered water damage that has resulted in partial tear of back cover. It seems as though it dried on the top of the CD. I bought the "Sidewinder" version, and it sounds cool. I'm easy to convince though. I'll take just about anything as long it's not the RVG. They're very affordable, and the packaging is nice.

Paul — I'm speaking more generally here. I've also heard Kevin say he didn't like the "Easterly Winds" JRVG. If he's selling them off to used CD stores, I'd gladly give him there price plus more for these discs. That said, maybe I should start on Jackie McLean. After a brief hiatus, he's next on my list.
