  1. The Tempo Jazzmen/The Hermanites; Confirmation. Spotlite Dial Masters. It's about time these fine non-Parker Dials got a spin.

    David Murray

Nice CD. I have it too. I agree, one of Murray's best recordings for ages. Maybe because it's such a straight ahead date. But then I'm a big fan.

They all have something to offer, the BN trios and the Christmas album. Angel Eyes and Hush are fine too imo but perhaps Wahoo comes out top overall.
  4. I had a sodastream years ago. It was fun at but like a lot of gadgets it fell into disuse after a few months.
  5. Many happy returns David
  6. That's good to know. I really like the cds Milan was creatively involved with on the HipBop label.
  7. My Rega 3 is still going strong after 20 years, though I did have the upgraded motor a few years ago. I'm currently using Rega's Elys cartridge.
  8. Nick Brignola's On A Different Level is a cracker. One for the desert island.
  9. Best wishes. Have a great day.
  10. Wildflowers Vol 3. Douglas
  11. Just finished Vol 2.
  12. Wildflowers - The New York Loft Session Volume 1. Douglas. I've been meaning to dig these out since a mention on the board some months ago.
  13. No connections but how about Northwood Press.
  14. Not played for a while but if you like the quartet with Harper and the siedlong tracks, yes. I'd probably find it a bit tough going now but when I bought mine I liked it.
  15. Some nice things here.
  16. Disc 2, Mulligan and Desmond. Better than the later RCA encounter.
  17. I can only manage eight out of thirteen. But I'm an old codger in most respects.
  18. I definitely qualify here.
