Great album. Mono or stereo reissue? Stereo. Interesting. They reissued all the Byrds stuff in mono. Wonder why they didn't do this one the same way. Don't know, the Clark sounds OK in stereo IMHO, though I prefer the early Byrds in mono, up to "Notorious" that I have also in stereo (original Columbia pressing). Sundazed monos of Dylan are OK, and cheap The early Airplane? Mmmmhh. I've got the originals RCA pressings, mono and stereo, and the Sundazeds, don't know. "After Bathing" me like in mono, "Surrealistic Pillow" me like both mix.

Agree with Sidewinder, I have an expensive turntable with clamp, actually clamp doesn't help with seriously warped records, tonearm does. I've always liked that one a lot too and I agree with the strings comment. Everything else is so good, why'd they have to muck it up with strings. It's right up there with the first Hot Tuna album imo.l My thought, I wouldn't despise a true single violin on some of the tracks, on the contrary it might have been something good, like harp in the first Tuna's record, but a whole strings section... Now spinning: Steven Stills - Steven Stills - Classic reissue. Not a great record, some nice tracks though.

Maybe, but if I were the portugese defender I'd not be moved by the light push of Ballack, I mean I wouldn't have left a guy like Ballack to hit the ball, I'd commit a faul instead. I saw it as one of the many mistakes of Portugal's defence.
