I'm with Jim. I tend to tip well and am happy that I'm able to do so. And in doing that, I hope that it helps the folks receiving the tips feel good about what they do. (I should add that the fact that my wife worked as a waitress in college and for a few years afterward to supplement her income - though I didn't know her then - has had an influence on my attitude toward tipping.)
