  12. It might be something a team can do at times, but you're right - in the end it will catch up with you. And, in the playoffs, as the teams get better, it becomes harder - and eventually impossible - to do.

  22. I haven't heard the new recording, but I never thought much of Toussaint as a vocalist. He's a composer/arranger/instrumentalist in my book. The fact that his vocals are not featured would be a plus for me if I decide to pick it up.
  23. To each his own. I've had Crossroads on vinyl for years and always found it sloppy, but very moving. I'm with Jeff. They're not desert island recordings for me, but I've enjoyed them and enjoyed hearing Lancaster & Eyges play live around the time the first LP was issued.
