Aside from outright fraud, the overgrading syndrome is really something which buyers should not tolerate because it just perpetuates the practice. Anyone who wins an Ebay jazz record auction is usually paying top dollar or more. They should not accept overgrading. The dealers who grade strict get higher prices and have less returns to deal with. The cheaters are just dumb. Anyone know a hit man in Argentina?

He is in Argentina so if he changes name remember do not send payment overseas to any Argentina seller with anything other than PayPal or credit card. I used BidPay money order and credit card company I used may not do anything. Ebay refused to do anything even though I can prove fraud and intent to defraud.

Hello fellow drummers . I just listed a very rare TonyWilliams album on EBAY at a low minimum bid. Search for PLAY OR DIE . Very interesting record. I can't burn CDRs cause I don't have the technology. Sorry! Also I picked up the Chambers solo cd. Its good!

sTEREO reissues 50's Prestige dates pop up on EBAy sometimes Often on the black label from the sixties with RVG stampers. Anyone know the story on these reissues? Like are they REAL stereo?

The first two tunes on ELASTIC are worth the price of admission, even if the rest is undistinguished.

I dig my Maiden Voyage though it is different from the U.S. pressings.

Was Maiden Voyage ever pressed with ear mark ? What was the cutoff point for records pressed at the pressing plant that put the p in the dead wax?

the lp guys are going to be responsible for preserving what are fast becoming the replacements for damaged and deteriorating master tapes. A like new orginal pressing.

Riverside blue label pressings (large) did in fact have patent numbers stamped in the dead wax. earlier pressings did not.
