He still sounds wonderful to my ears. One of those sounds you can detect very easily. Yes, still one of the most distinctive and lyrical tenor stylists in European jazz. A good couple of shows at Swanage last night with Kate Williams' trio. I'll try to post a few pictures when I'm finished with the Swanage trips after the weekend.
