Got a Dutch Fontana of that but I'd love to have the Debut... classic recording!

I've got a copy of the Danish Debut as well. Time for a spin !

Clunky - did you see Alan's recent 'Special' list and pick up anything from it?

Guy Warren "the African sounds of" (fiesta, USA). A surprise find today for $10 in pretty nice shape on my first visit to a local record store in maybe half a year. A Denis Preston Lansdowne production with Amancio D'Silva, Dick Heckstall-Smith, etc released in the USA on this seemingly budget label entitled "Fiesta". Anyway a nice companion to his "Afro Jazz" LP.

That's a great deal on an elusive recording - at least it is over here in its original form. Wasn't that the one that came out on Regal Zonophone? Never actually seen one 'in the raw'.

Yes Alan's Specials is a nice list. I secured a few good ones.

Pray tell....... The Barney Wilen?

I wish , the Wilen was way too rich for me.

A label in Germany recently reissued "zodiac" on vinyl...I bought a copy just to compare to my original and it holds up pretty good although I think the original sounds slightly more dynamic but that could be the subconscious record nerd inside me talking!

Rudy Tepel - Chassidic Wedding (Collectors Guild)

A pretty amazing 1962 album of Hasidic klezmer, by a clarinetist I was not familiar with until I found this album today.
