Mine doesn't have a jacket and the pressing is absolutely horrible.

mine has a jacket, which requires some glue. and has one nasty pressing issue on side 2 for 30 secs. Music's great

Rudy Tepel - Chassidic Wedding (Collector's Guild mono). A really nice album of the most conservative style of New York klezmer as of 1962, featuring Tepel's strong clarinet. My cover looks similar to this, but without all the type.

A charity shop find. Canadian issue I think.   Terrible jacket but the record looks okay but sounds a bit gritty.

Also - at my wife's insistence to clear out some stuff i came across a single sided 10" lp test pressing of a London Origins of Jazz record.  Very nice condition.  Two tracks by Husk O'Hare's Super Orchestra and two by the Wolverines.  Recordings from the early twenties in pretty decent sound.

Nice album John. My copy is a US 2-eye, mono, sounds pretty good, haven't noticed any grittiness. This one isn't on the Mosaic Select, of course.

Steve Lacy - Points (Le Chant du Monde). Lacy's 1978 tribute to the soprano saxophone. I mean, that's what all his albums are, but this one was specifically meant to be a tribute to his instrument. It's got a two-soprano version of "The Mooche," a solo medley of "In a Sentimental Mood" and "My Favorite Things" to honor Hodges and Coltrane, and his soprano duet suite "3 Points."
