Niko Posted Saturday at 06:06 PM Report Posted Saturday at 06:06 PM The beer I know very well, one of the most easily drinkable Belgian style tripels but I do admire the glass.... One of the results of going to Utrecht with my daughter today and sneaking in some time for record shopping... Quote

I’ve noticed there are multiple vinyl stores in the same street. Quote

Yes... Vinyl24 and Plaatboef are super close to each other on Oude Gracht and both worth a visit (we combined it with visits to Nijntje Museum or Speelklok Museum which are close...). Plaatboef is similar to their shop in Rotterdam, not spectacular but very decent (think of Recordmania maybe), Vinyl24 is a strange one, compared to 10 weeks ago, they had sold most of their stuff and replaced it, it's mostly priced to go... You can follow them on insta and see what their recent acquisitions are... The Hines was from Dig It, in a different part of the city center, it's a small store but I found cool stuff at great prices like this and the Asch Recordings of Mary Lou Williams .... Will go again.... Edited Saturday at 07:32 PM by Niko Quote

HutchFan Posted 11 hours ago Report Posted 11 hours ago Listening to this album again: Buster Williams plays on four of seven tracks on this album. Buster sounds so good that I wish he'd have played on the whole LP. This is one of those records that I have a clear preference for Side A over Side B. Also: Quote
