Homefromtheforest Posted July 8, 2013 Report Posted July 8, 2013 I remember a few years back when I got my Bellari tube phono preamp...it was a revelation and every record I played from my collection sounded so much better.. Quote

Clunky Posted July 9, 2013 Report Posted July 9, 2013 Marion Brown ------Why Not-------(ESP Japan ) like Brown a lot. Next Robert Wyatt-----Nothing can stop us now------(Rough Trade) came with a 12inch of Shipbuidling/ Round Midnight and Memories of You. The album is a mixed bag to say the least all very intriguing. Very politically minded tracks. Interesting , recommended if you are intrigued and its cheap Quote

jeffcrom Posted July 10, 2013 Report Posted July 10, 2013 A couple of near-mint 10-inchers: Sidney Bechet - La Nuit est une Sorciere (London) Jonah Jones - Jonah Wails (Second Wind) (Angel) I have the Bechet on CD, but just love this deluxe edition, with box, printed record sleeve, and liner notes in English and French. I know that I should care about the music, but I'm enough of a record collector to really enjoy this one as an object. Quote
