ianfaith Posted August 30, 2006 Report Posted August 30, 2006 You need to order at least 5 CDs to get the free shipping. Box sets apply toward free shipping, but are not part of the 66% off promotion. So most of the best deals are on multi-disc sets that aren't classified as box sets. They do have some good standard prices on box sets, however, that become even better with free shipping. I ordered Dave Brubeck's 5 disc "For All Time Set" and got it shipped for just $17.99. Shop around the site. There are bargains. Quote
chris olivarez Posted August 30, 2006 Report Posted August 30, 2006 Got the two Dexter Gordon's,Stanley Turrentine,Jazz Crusaders and the revamped Allman Brothers "Eat A Peach" off this offer. Not a bad price if I do say so myself. Quote
chris olivarez Posted August 30, 2006 Report Posted August 30, 2006 I ordered a bunch of RVGs: Lee - Gigolo, Tom Cat Hank - Dippin', Workout Horace - Song for My Father, Cape Verdean Blues Also: Santana III (Legacy Edition) 2CD set for $8.33 If I knew the Santana was going to come up that cheap I would've waited-oh well!!!! ghost of miles Posted September 10, 2006 Report Posted September 10, 2006 Man, I've been a bit of a drunk with this sale--just snagged the Dave Douglas CD/DVD KEYSTONE and the 6-CD Billie Holiday master takes on Verve set, for a grand total of 36 bucks. No more! Quote
T.D. Posted September 14, 2006 Report Posted September 14, 2006 Buy 1 full price, get unlimited @ $1.99, code SE06BG4 until 9/17. This isn't a great deal, since you've got to buy about 12 CDs to get close to yourmusic.com prices. Posting just in case anyone (with big money left after the Concord sale?) cares. Quote

GA Russell Posted December 29, 2006 Report Posted December 29, 2006 I don't think that I have ordered anything from BMG since I signed up with Your Music two years ago. I have had 28 Music Points to my credit. A couple of weeks ago I received an email saying that they would expire in March. So yesterday I ordered the new release of Brasil '66's first album, Herb Alpert Presents. I believe that, although it has long been available in Japan, this is the first US release of this lounge classic. The summer of '66 was the first time I was allowed to stay up to watch the Tonight Show. One of the first shows I saw had Brasil '66 singing Mais Que Nada. I promptly went out and bought their brand new first album. I haven't heard it in years. It's packed away somewhere. My favorite Brasil '66 lineup was the first, which recorded three albums. BMG/Your Music has all three available now. I always liked their second one, Equinox, best. That one had my favorite song on it, Constant Rain. If you ever like to listen to adult pop, I recommend that you pick up one of these three. Quote
Aggie87 Posted January 10, 2007 Report Posted January 10, 2007 (edited) Saw this info on SH forums: unlimited 5.99 plus free shipping when purchasing 5 or more J7C9 This is basically getting you the "old" Yourmusic deal, with the added bonus of earning music points with each purchase. It appears to work with box sets too. It may expire on 11 January, not sure. Edited January 10, 2007 by Aggie87 Quote
