The November 1, 1981 concert at Columbia University was released in Japan on DIW in 1994. It's the 4CD set 'Interpretations of Monk'. This was recorded in Atlantic's studio in NYC on November 29, 1961. 1. The Idiot (Coleman) 4:56 2. Harlemite (Cherry) 8:34 3. The tune sounds very familiar, but I cannot place it, maybe someone more knowledgeable can, I have uploaded an mp3 here (hope this works).
