Chillida is possibly my favourite artist. I wish I was in the area! Very rarely shown in the UK

Agree on greatness. The open-air museum Chillida-Leku in Hernani outside from San Sebastian is outstanding.

Still to get there. I'm so pleased that they managed to reopen it

I saw him perform with a quartet earlier this year, very powerful.

My first exposure to his artworks was in a group show last year so when this Camden Arts Centre show was announced it was a must see. Some very strong work in it

We visited two museums yesterday to take advantage of our Museumsufercard that a llow,s us  free entry to 39 Frankfurt museums all year through. First it was Museum Giersch with impressions of different artists about housing, how we want to live, and the history of the buildind itself. As a side effect I regained interest in Fritz Klimsch, they have three lifesize bronzes of him in the park outside. My mother had porcelain reproductions of two sculptures he made.

Next it was the Liebighaus nearby, a sculpture museum with some great stuff. They are heavily engaged in a research project reconstructing the color decoration of ancient Greek sculptures which is fascinating.

CMA Picasso (focus on drawings) through April. Huge installment, we're members but I only went once, my family though have returned several times since. Top shelf, as always.

Had an opportunity to visit this excellently conceived exhibition on the influence of Charles Baudelaire's poems in "Les Fleur Du Mal" during a weekend trip to Berlin.

That museum's collection is worth a visit. Best collection of surrealism related art ever. Almost ten Odilon Redon works, Piranesi's Carceri, Goya's Caprichos, Ernst, Bellmer, Max Klinger - I try to go there whenever I am in Berlin.

"Van Gogh: Poets and Lovers" at the National Gallery, London in January. An impressive exhibition of his work.

Missed it, had a ticket but was unwell on the day. From that photo it doesn't look too crowded which is what I feared

The Rock and Roll Public Library. Central London. Basically the contents of Mick Jones of the Clash’s lock up or garage. Hand written lyrics, old clothes, fanzines and flyers from the 70s. Interesting if you’re an old punk!

Damn, missed it!

Not an old punk, just old and would have loved to have seen this nostalgia rush.

Was a strange one, not a lot of information as to what was on display but anyone who saw the Clash in ‘77 or ‘78 would recognise this!
