I don´t know what happend in the 2 weeks I was off ? I can´t post pics anymore. I always chose the file (the pic) and saw it. Now as you see the photo does not appear, only if you click again on the "download symbol you see here.

I just got back from the Harvest Ridge Winery in Marydel, DE where I sampled several of their red wines and their one rose. All were very good. I picked up quite a few bottles for drinking at a later date. My favorite was their Cabernet Sauvignon.

Ginger tea, just make your own. Raw ginger root, slice, peel, boil, flavor to taste, drink.

Besides settling the stomach, it promotes a good cleansing quick flush of a sweat.  One of those things that feels good just as soon as it's over
