kulu se mama
i've been listening to the new ella singles collection, "jukebox ella volume 1." man, that's some great stuff, and the sound quality is outstanding. for all of the grief that we give verve/universal for the numerous "coltrane for lovers collections," this set is a welcome treat. i've alos been listening to the new abbey lincoln, "it's me." she sounds more like billie holiday than ever before. it is quite good. AfricaBrass
Looking back on November, I have to say that it has been the month of MILES for me. I've been through all the box sets this month, especially the IN A SILENT WAY through JACK JOHNSON eras. I'm even working on making my 2 year old a Miles fan.
