Mainstream records: Who now owns the rights?

Sony did do some CD reissues, but AFAIK the rights (and tapes) are owned by Bob Shad's daughter. Same goes for Time Records.

As far as I know Shad's daughter Tamara sold Mainstream to Columbia Legacy, now Sony, in 1993.
