Strong record and Mobley sounds good. I don't have And Then Again, however - curious about that one.

In 1966, still very good.

The '76 date listed for the vinyl threw me--that would have been a much more questionable period. I'll confess that I don't really know anything about possible/attempted Hank studio appearances after 1973.

The Steeplechase audition date w/Tete Motolieeuouew(sp?) audition date was, when, 1978?

And Then Again - good, not great, Midnight Walk is still the best Elvin/Atlantic imo.

I had that on lp when I was a teenager (ca. 1972, from a cutout bin) and fell in love with Dollar Brand's Tintiyana. That was my introduction to Brand.
