He already was as seventeen-year-old in 1963, being part of the house rhythm section at the Montmartre Jazzhus!

Agree, but two years later his technique and musicality fused even better  - at least to my ears ....

Absolutely!

Just in case you do not have it (although I guess you do), this is highly recommended as a showcase for NHOP artistry in later years:

Sounded really good the first time through!  I'd initially held off on buying it, because I've already got so much live Woody from the late 1970s/early 80s... but on the basis of the glowing notices here, I decided to go ahead and snag it.  And do not regret doing so!

Yeah - always liked it and them since my student days, great songs with the usual very high level of musicianship. It bombed in the UK when punk was at its height. Overseas they knew better..

Great Hipgnosis cover too..plus you get a couple of nice vocals by Clare Torey and Lesley Duncan.
