I find I like her when I like her. Records like this or No Try No Fail are among my favourite ever. But then she has released plenty of records with which I can't really connect

Similar here .... really dig her early records, subsequently my interest started to fade away ....

This is a great trio (and on several tracks quartet) recording. Evans has his own identity as a composer and player, a strong identity. I really like how these pieces are arranged as well. And then there’s Christian McBride. . .

And it’s not an audiophile recordings per se but it will make your system shine and show off a bit.
