Because I'm a sax fan, Mayer was the draw for me. That was a fun band. Rusty Scott played a lot of organ back then. He still plays in the Boston area at local clubs and usually sticking to keyboard/piano these days (probably something to do with not having to haul around a B3). I've seen him quite a few times with baritone saxophonist Danny Harrington. Mayer's "Standards" does not appear to have been released in any hard format.
