Jim, if you can get back to Windsor, my Canadian friends live for HP steak sauce.  No guarantee that you'll like it.

My favorite Canadian candy bar is Coffee Crisp.  My nephews and nieces like Mr. Big.

Always managed to avoid it - although an old Scottish friend of mine ordered it in a Quebec restaurant during a dive trip there and apparently ordered a 'lady of the night' thanks to mispronunciation ! Much hilarity around the table with that one.

The Treniers were not French. Easy mistake to make!

Not poutine related, but on the topic of different things you'll find in Canada vs the U.S. 

I was in Vancouver in 2022, and found Crystal Pepsi on the shelf of a convenience store.  I blinked about 3 times to make sure I was seeing correctly.  I remember it from the 1990's, but hadn't seen it since.  

It tasted exactly as I remember it, lol.
