Hoppy T. Frog Posted February 15, 2010 Report Posted February 15, 2010 This afternoon I picked up two long time OOP mosaic sets at one of the 2ed hand stores in Tel-Aviv: #117 The Complete Verve Recordings of the Buddy De Franco Quartet/Quintet with Sonny Clark. #113 The Complete Pacific Jazz Live Recordings of the Chet Baker Quartet with Russ Freeman. I paid a funny price of 120$ for both sets. Great find - congrats ! Are the shops in Israel that good, or was that a fluke? Quote

BruceH Posted February 24, 2010 Report Posted February 24, 2010 Julian Cannonbal Adderley (EmArcy) Nice one! I got this a few years back and never regretted it. BTW, all the talk on a recent thread about Gerry Mulligan made me realize I didn't have Night Lights but I'd been kind of meaning to get it for some time. So I pulled the trigger and it just came in the mail yesterday. Very nice. Quote
