Somehow I managed to drink an entire 5th of Bacardi and was still able to walk around and function. But the next morning...whew...felt like I had been drinking battery acid all night. I would say that I'd wait another six months before I drink again...but with my birthday coming up in 3 weeks I doubt I can hold myself to that. Yes, the Hitachino white is quite good but also crazy expensive. The red rice ale they make is ok but strange.
