Dave Liebman Group - Conversation (Sunnyside, 2003) with Vic Juris, Tony Marino, and Marko Marcinko + Caris Visentin (on two cuts)  

He had some deep ties with Dave Liebman, including the band Quest.  

That Sal Salvador album sleeve is pretty sweet!   Thoughts I like the earlier versions of "Theme From A Symphony" on Science Fiction much more, but the cool freakout on Midnight Sunrise has got to be the coolist I've ever heard Ornette freak out since "Free Jazz". Worth the price of admission alone.  🤘

Discovery Records has been one of my main research areas for years. When I requested copies of AFM contracts for the label I was disappointed that Local 47 did not have any on file for 1947, the date that Jepson and Tom Lord attributed to the Phil Moore compositions and Calvin Jackson solo piano performances.
