Ok...seems that this game is not the "real" Screw Your Neighbor, but is instead a variant of SKIP-BO: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skip_bo which was originally entitled Spite & Malace. Fun game no matter what the name, and not without a good bit of strategy built into it. Our family calls it Shit On Your Neighbor. Played it for 30+ years during the holidays.

"I've Just Seen A Face" is on the current cd version of "Help!", I bought all of the UK versions on cd a few years back and (if I'm not mistaken) pretty much everything is included in those (plus the 2 "Past Masters" volumes for singles), I never had any emotional attachment to the original sequencing because I was born in 1971 and just figured I'd go for those rather than the Beatles Capitol box sets. Isn't one of those discs the one where they have bloody meat and chewed up baby dolls all over them? Not Rubber Soul, that was the original and quickly withdrawn cover of Revolver, their next album. Don't think that cover was actually shipped to stores. It was in "slick books" at the time.

Had them all since the '60s. Texas Twister is my favorite. YMMV.

I can't tell whether your claim of enjoyment of poems about "knives twisting in the bellies of Jews" is meant to be ironic or not. And if you'd read all of the posts you'd know that the lyrics aren't by a black composer. AND am I not supposed to be offended by Mein Kampf just because it was written before even I was born? (Actually I've never read Mein Kampf so I don't really know if I'd be offended-- but if it talked about "knives twisting in the bellies of Jews" I would be.) And I don't think that it's any "shame" for Tranemonk as an African-American not to be where you are when it comes to what he percieves as racism. My point is to take the material in context of the times. No shame to anyone other than real bigots.

Sorry to say I did not take time to read more than about a third of the posts. BUT I think the "American goal" is a point where this shit doesn't matter. I'm there, others aren't. What a shame for those not there yet, but no blame. Concord lists it for sale on their site. They have a number it titles which are "not out for distribution". I recently ordered 4 different cds. We will see if they really fill the order.

Yes, this box originally had a flaw (one disc was a duplicate IIRC) but it was corrected. My set is fine. I don't remember the offending disc number.

Taking this a bit off track I remember a "jazzed" version of Rimsky's Scherehazade by Skip Martin - back in my high school days. I thought it was cool. Anyone have this?
