  1. The change occurred when the record was transferred from the ML series to the CL series.
  2. I remember a reviewer, back in the day, saying this Mangione brother was named for the "space between his ears".
  3. just noticed the personnel includes Malcolm J Rebennack, Michael Melvoin, Milton Holland, Alfred McKibbon and Raymond M Brown. Obviously copied from the union contracts.

  8. More economical to print larger quantities of paper to save for later - print 2500, press 1000 is/was a common practice. You can up the numbers for the "majors".

  11. They would file 2 sessions and maybe pay for a few more minutes each time. Most of those records were under 40 minutes. I forget the exact formula.
