    More economical to print larger quantities of paper to save for later - print 2500, press 1000 is/was a common practice. You can up the numbers for the "majors".

    They would file 2 sessions and maybe pay for a few more minutes each time. Most of those records were under 40 minutes. I forget the exact formula.
