  1. damn, and now someone tells me! I was already wondering why no one was laughing when I told this joke!
  2. my o my are those french messing around! save some of the cocky arrogance and play some football will you all! and throw in some gusto, no one is going to give it away even if you guys is the big important french guys. incredible. The penalty goal of Croatia will stir them up I hope. They will need to create some chances though, which I haven't seen them doing until now (not even against England really...) AND NOW IT'S 2 to 1 for Croatia!
  3. me too rather have the real thing. some real things become *way* too expensive once OOP... remember what Mobley's SNF went for in the day? would I have bought such an expensive disk, that would only have been detrimental for the industry as -- like many others -- I only have a limited budget for music. Spending it on expensive OOP items is not goin to help the industry much.
  4. having problems keeping your post count up Jim?
  5. No, it's STOPPING them that does it. No wonder I've never had that splatter anymore.
  6. it's the booze and pills that give you diarrhea. so, which one did you order? plaid leaves or dots?
  7. You were right Brownie. It was not too comlicated for the English. you must have watched an other game than I did then....
  8. individually designed diaries, they come in various designs "dots," "leaves," and "plaid." You can add nice cute little drawings and a lovely print of your name on the front....
  9. conversations with self? here's a solution:
  10. I really think this whole argument is overexaggerated. people buy the new remasters all the time, even if they already have a previous version. sure there are some who will stick to their CDr copy and will not buy a new master when it comes out. Most avid fans will though. you mix your public a bit in your post. either it's about the die hards and they will buy the new CD, or it's about the general public and they won't give a damn about the titles we're talking about as everything they could ever want is currently in print. the very in-print-ness probably defines their wants. there will be black sheep, but the herd is predominantly white I should think.
  11. sales of KoB and Time Out don't seem to be diluted by the release being the umpteenth version of music we already have.
  12. That's weird, i really liked the sound of that organ, sounded very cool to me. crappy as in cheesy
  13. Where's the cat? hiding...
  14. If you were pope, I'd probably go to church and hear you preach. now Lorraine can look after her man again, he's probably been naughty up there.
  15. blêêêch! beer's supposed to taste like beer, not like cherry liquor.
  16. how come he says "don't MAKE a fucking maniac out of me" when obviously he already is?
  17. that's just the way it is WTF is this all about, can't make much out of it.
  18. aaaarghhh!!! okay, here's a compromise:
  19. relive it all again from any angle: http://www.bbc.co.uk/virtualreplay/euro2004/ will not work in Opera somehow... ah, needed new version of that shockwave thingy. all's well now.

    Funny Rat

couw likes it too, although he is not much of a fan of strings of short bursting sounds as solos. In spite of there being quite a lot of this beaded playing here, there are some nice developments on the higher level that I like. and indeed some nice introspective, and much more melodic playing, as well of course.

    Bobby Jaspar

Don't be too hard on Mann! Check out the two flute frontline on the Mann/Most Bethlehem album! Some pretty pretty nice stuff! Almost pennywhistle like at times, and almost south african in feel! ubu it's nothing against Mann, and I enjoy the tracks with the two flute front line on the Flute Flight album as well. I enjoy Jaspar more though and am glad that it is Jaspar rather than Mann on the remaining cuts, which feature only one flute. I expressed this a bit harsh probably....
  22. now you do realise that this choice (the white tee) means there is still no mention of the word "jazz" or "forum"...
  23. your neighbours just shrunk! ...film at eleven
  24. good lord, dealing with a crazy public... I'll see what can be done on the symmetry, I'd hate to have it like this as it really hurts my eyes (been staring at it way too long of course). Haven't heard back on what the set up will be either. Are we going to deliver the three designs and are the tee-shirt people going to take orders on which design goes where? i.e. are these going to be produced ony special order or in bulk numbers? And more importantly (probably...): where do impossible and couw send their shtuffs?
