  1. Have it & agree. Excellent CD.
  2. Stay away from "fad" diets of all types. More exercise if your medically O.K. to do so. Obviously no trans-fats. A Macrobiotic diet is not feasible for most people. You may not live longer, but it'll feel longer.
  3. Agree re: Farinacci. He's also got some leader Japanese only dates that Hiroshi can probably get for you( not with Krivda).
  4. I like the Indigo Trio CD. Anybody else??
  5. Based on what I've heard, right where it should be. She's certainly OK but a bit travelogue-ish for my tastes. What does "travelogue-ish" mean? I second that question.
  6. Best wishes, Lon.
  7. How was the show...how was Bobby Broom? m~ The show was fine. Sonny is still pretty energetic. The tunes were nothing revolutionary. Broom was the other interesting musician in the group. Cranshaw is O.K., but he doesn't really have anything to do.
  8. When I see vocals & poets I get "nervous". Somebody please report when they've heard this in its' entirety.
  9. Received mine on Friday.
  10. This post really made me feel "out of it". The only person I've even heard of is Matt Brewer.
  11. Sonny Rollins tomorrow night. Attended an interesting live discussion / interview with Sonny & A.B. Spellman earlier today. Pretty interesting.
  12. This is at least partly like the "Don Juan Syndrome". Chasing after it is sometimes more fun than getting it.
  13. Miles Davis: Round About Midnight Ornette Coleman: The Shape Of Jazz To Come Errol Garner: Concert By The Sea Sonny Rollins: Saxophone Colossus Thelonious Monk: Brilliant Corners
  14. Bobby Shew Quintet featuring Gary Foster & David Parlato. Foster & Parlato signed my copy of Ne Plus Ultra. Tomorrow night - Eddie Daniels Quintet with Joe Locke, Tom Rainier, David Finck & Lewis Nash
  15. John Burdett: Bangkok Haunts (3rd in a series, they're all good).
  16. For those of us in the US, less expensive at DG.
  17. I don't own the LPs, so I bought the CD. I guess that's not what you asked though.
  18. The one I like with Milt is Plenty, Plenty Soul on Atlantic. Also more than like his "sideman" appearance with Miles.
  19. Currently out of stock at Dusty Groove. Put it on my want list.
  20. I hope the price comes down.
  21. My Dusty Groove order for both sets has also been confirmed for shipping.
